Nice post but I have to bring up something I've been thinking about today which could well explain this which is NOT manipulation as you claim

"Guys look at the chart today.
1. It dropped from .0057 to .0035 in less than 30 minutes. (that is called manipulation, not retailers selling before major news)"

It did, however I've seen it drop like that when someone holding a lot (millions) of shares gets under the Bid and Ask and just sells the crap out of the stock to get out of it. Panic selling would do that not manipulation. I don't see how you can say it had to be manipulation, if it wasn't shorted which none of you here have bothered to answer my questions about that, and it wasn't dilution (which was answered thank you), then the next thing which makes the most sense is an individual dumping shares onto the market. After the initial dumping it looked like a great time to buy and people brought the price back up but all day there was a mixture of selling and buying keeping the pps down.

"2. After the initial drop it went up a little and traded sideways the rest of the day in massive volume (that is called accumulation)"

Or its people dumping shares they bought at lower prices onto the market in mass to exit there positions (sales) and people like us who are long buying them up thinking it was cheap (buys). If you read the posts here the same MM stayed on the BID all day and only at the end of the day did they move and this ended at .004. It's very clear to me that there are two thoughts here on this stock, those who believe and those who don't. If I'm holding all the shares and decided that I wanted to sell them you'd get the same thing you see here today a fast decline and investor confusion.

Stocks that act like this do so normally for one of these reasons:

1. Its shorted
2. Its diluted
3. An investor who wants out dumps shares regardless of the price
4. Massive selling takes over the stock by many people
5. Bad News

I don't think its simply manipulation as you put it.

"3. 30% down in pink stocks is nothing. happens with many"

Yes it does but there has to be a group of people willing to push it back up to get it back to the price it dropped otherwise it's just a slow desend into nothing. The good news is I think there is alot of momentum on this one and tomorrow we see .005 again. Many other penny stocks don't get to have a rebirth after a massive volume price drop like we had today. It was obvious with that 500000 buy at the close at .004 that people are loading up regardless of what happened here today. In the end today's just going to be a ripple in the wave and be meaningless.

Good luck!
