david........ I believe that is true.... all certs have to be accounted for.... I think that this would be a new round of shorting though, just to make a profit... they took advantage of the spike in price, and can cover, or accumulate more, before the next PR.....(hopefully)... (and they did a damn good job, too)..imo As you said, see if today's figure(from finra), bears that out....
