Yep, it is the same Mercedes who finds CCEL in lawsuits on a continual basis. They just lost twice to CBAI, have refiled and will lose again, if the court will even hear the new case. And now they are in yet another lawsuit. Still waiting on the outcome of that one. Anyone have any info on how this lawsuit is progressing?
