Why? Why is it promising? We know nothing about this cloud computing company - no name, no financials, nothing...



A cloud computing company looking to get public? Tells me they are most likely late in the cloud game and without solid revenue stream. Now, this cloud company needs to borrow large amounts of cash to purchase the $1,000,000+ in hardware/software/expertise to get systems in place. Just my 2.5 cents (or 50 VCTY shares).
