I sold something else and bought more at 1.26 yesterday; limit bid got filled before I was up. Oh well, I've gotten good at losing money so I'm on kind of a roll. Despite my consistency, I do hope my streak gets broken soon! Presumably I won't be disappointed with the purchase come December. Hopefully the "exciting" news will be just that and the share price will hold up after the cc. But, we'll see. At any event, you're summation to positive catalysts going forward are why I bought, together with CEO's attitude to shareholders, and Chad's consistent effort to keep us informed. I'll be very interested to see how Chad and his colleague try to market this once the Form 10 is done and/or it gets on a major exchange.

Anyway, I hope others were able to wait for better prices and the $1.06 is a bottom.

Thanks again for all you good work on parsing the 10-k and deriving feasible conclusions from it.
