No. I'm not "ready to believe." By their own words, they reviewed the filing that was filed on 4/15. That specific filing was for the period which ended Feb 28th. Not 4/11.

I'm not trying to argue here.

If they didn't increase the A/S, then great.
If they did in order to accomodate a JV, raise capital, etc...then great also.

I have never seen any official statement from IR stating the Nevada SOS amendment was fraudulent. Neither has anyone on this board. If it was an email, then clearly the company is aware that there is a problem and should inform ALL investors of the error, seeing as how that is a pretty darn big deal.

Also (to gump), there is NOT conflicting info here. The filing they posted was (as I stated before) for the period ending 2/28...and that amendment was NOT filed until 4/11.

I am not throwing out the possibility that the Nevada SOS website is incorrect...Lord knows state employees make mistakes (all humans make mistakes). But that is not just a "typo." Someone had to actually file a document with them. Who? I don't know. I would assume that there is some sort of authentication to file such a document. I mean, when I call my bank to even check the balance they want my SSN, birthdate, PIN, etc.
