He is just saying a bunch of BS IMO. If the check was sent then it never cleared the bank. with his deferred salary I don't see how they can't pay to have the status removed. The only thing I can think of is he wants to get the leases and the money from Arcland then remove the CE and dump his shares at the price it will jump to with news. It's what i would do if I was a ceo with a shady company. Has anyone seen any truth to what Matt has said. I have heard nothing except SOON... Is this guy blue in the face yet?
