Three investment funds have accused a group of US, European,
and Japanese banks of conspiring to manipulate
the benchmark interest rate used to calculate
the cost of billions of dollars of debt....

Ag = $28.50; USSIF = $0.826

On 4/19/11:
Ag = $44.00; USSIF = $0.72

With 3,000,000 oz mined annually and 300,000,000 shares
outstanding, each $1 increase in silver equals approximately
$0.01 EPS. So, with Ag going to $44, a $15 increase, EPS should
increase approx $0.15.
Using P/E ratio of 15, share price should have increased $2.25
($0.15 x 15).
Share price should be today near $3.00!!!
