You can see that on 1/20/2010 the A/S was 700 million
As of 4/11/2011 the A/S was amended to 980 million.

Last time I checked 980 million is MORE than 700 million.

There is absolutely NO denying the increase in the A/S. Now, if we want to discuss WHY the increase, that's a different story. I already gave my thoughts...open to hearing others
