I think it's time to call this a scam.

The time to call this a scam has passed when they brought out that NI report.

Sorry that some had to learn the hard way, but when it comes to stocks here in the OTC, it's unfortunately the norm to see this type of fraudulent behavior.

SAEI was no exception.
