The news that has been announced is the company is now operating a profitable Auto Parts business with a new CEO. The new guy has been at the helm for aprox 6 months or so.
They have not announced earnings yet since it was opened just a few month ago. I am sure we will see the earnings sometime in the short term.
In addition there is a 1:200 reverse split that has been announced. That shows intent to make this company come alive again.
The unfortunate thing (for me) is that once this stock is reversed we will not be able to get any in the market since there is very little out in float now.
