See, I think thats where most people are wrong. The share structure only has to be addressed if they are continuing to issue shares without generating any increase in revenues. If the company can generate sufficient revenues to account for whatever number of shares there are then there is no need for concern. As revenues grow so will the stock price no matter how many shares are out there. The more revenue they can generate the faster the share price will most likely increase. You can have a profitable company that has billions of shares out that trades comfortably in the pennies, or you can have a profitable company that has millions of shares out that trades comfortably in the dollars. In the end it comes down to the math or the company itself if they want to adjust their share structure to trade in a range of their preference.
