Are we in a pattern now where those who bought late during the first 2 spikes (the .0023+ and .0018+) have become disenfranchised and are dumping their shares (even at a loss) because this hasnt moved on news?

If so it would be a good thing to weed them out right... make future non-big news runs get some legs?

unless of course it was RPPR dumping them, but havnt i heard that they cannot dump shares below the par value? or am i confused about that?
