I agree. If I didnt talk to Mr. Ottens on the phone I might have sold out awhile ago. If you are going to make an investment or trade solely based on the number of shares a company has out or the history of share issuance then yes APCX doesnt look like a good investment. That is just one aspect of an investment. I look at the market, product, management, gameplan along with share structure history. In this case its all about the technology. Its either going to be huge and a great success or its going to be a flop and people will lose. This is yet to be determined. I believe it has a very good shot at being a big success.
