Hi Matt,

1.) I was wondering if the CE will be removed anytime soon?
I'm looking forward to hearing news of its' removal.

2.) When can we shareholders expect to see the deal with Arcland go through and receive the leases and monies owed by Arcland? Also what is your target PPS with-in 3 months
and after all the business is completed with Arcland?

I want the CE removed but funds are not available at this time. I’m working on an asset sale to cover this and other liabilities of the Company.
I hope within 180 days at MOST. But it is a bit too early to tell for sure. As to PPS much higher than it is now is one of my goals as a shareholder representative.
