Um, the company started as a pink sheet with 100 million shares. Following this latest round, the o/s will still be under 150 million after 6 years. This is hardly "dilution as far as the eye can see." Show me one other company that started as a Pink Sheet that didn't have ten times the share count after 5 years. This is the only company I know of that has kept a tight lid on both expenses and dilution.
