Question for you and everyone else. Who decides what is news that needs to be posted in order to stay with in the guidelines for OTC?
AFTC putting in for another project to me is only news if they are awarded the contract, therefore I do not feel they would be in a non compliant state to not post an actual PR.
Also - does posting on the website (which Jim stated will be his most used way of giving PR info) constitute necessary news to be in the guidelines of OTC?
I have no problem with you e-mailing Jim. He always seems to give you good info that is helpful. But I would not e-mail at the request of others.
