You know the big dredgers are for depths up to 105ft. You start with the smaller dredgers up to a depth of 35ft. Also you guys know that dredgers cannot take out trees. They are getting the trees and overburden removed and land prepped all included in the cost of the test mining. I believe once this is done the dredgers will be put into play and the test mining company will be sent to prep another area.
They are getting all this work performed with no upfront money.
You cannot throw a dreger in the middle of the jungle and say go to work.lol
