Does what or why really matter now? If these developements from the DTCC are 1-2 yrs old than the company should have, at the least, had an idea there could be trading difficulties for some or all investors. I mean, it is their business, no? Equities? Trading? Regulations?....
"I think INIX was caught unaware of the DTCC problem when they forward split".
If this was only a FS I might find ignorance a factor. The company provided a 2/1 split for outstanding share as well raising the authorized above the split amount with a nice " issuance of "new shares" attached. (stick with the pom poms, really ;)
"INIX made a great little investment and like the fact that they can have Tesoro run it/ Almost like putting 3 million bucks in an interest bearing piggy bank"!
(ifinix "having" Tesoro run it)
Thats classic.... I like that!
Remember 1 thing, the higher the PPS of ifinix, the more they payed.... Some have the opinion that,
"with the current new interest in INIX and based on the way this stock has traded in the past, the short-term target will be .002 -.005 by the end of May 2011. I believe the long-term target to be .03 - .06 by the end of Q1 2012".
(With its 11% ownership of the Mohave Mine, iFinix Management stands to receive approximately $1.2 million+ annually once revenue starts coming in)
So, should ifinix hit a price of .03 by Q1 2012 that means ifinix payed 7,500,000 for 3 mil in assets. .06 = 15 mil for the same.
As of right now no one knows what state the mining process is in, just know permits have been submitted. This isnt like getting a permit for an addition on your house, way more involved.
The problem isnt if there is gold in that part of the world but when the 11% investing company will realize gains and will those gains value higher than the initial investment?
Hey why worry, ifinix made this deal to obtain "OPERATING CAPITAL"
for the "near term"...... Long term, "the skies da limit"
I wonder if around Q1 2012 we see 250 million shares of ifinix start to hit the market?
The funny thing, the mines (when production starts) have the opportunity to pay ifinix more in revenue than they ever made with the "core businesses" yet, should ifinixs' pps rise too high the ROI will be demeaned.
.06 cents 3 billion shares (not including preferreds) That there is a "rich" company. Go pinkyland!!
