Homer, we need to get something else clear, that this idea of NDA's is also PURE SPECULATION. There is no proof whatsoever that these NDA's exist, nor is there any proof that any "pre-orders" exist, just like there is no proof that 3D REALTIME images exist.

There is a fact that can't be denied though, and that is this has been going on for years...Dean has promised images for years...and the FDA has rejected the DVIS, and now we don't even have a clear timeline on when it will possibly be re-submitted.

IMO, if there actually were signed NDA's from people that had seen the DVIS perform as advertised, FDA approval would've been over and done with a long time ago, and we would all have some new toys. People want FACTS here, and the fact of the matter is there is no PROOF of NDA's, so I wish people would quit drawing them like a gun, as if it means anything. NDA's are fictional at this point, as are 3D REALTIME IMAGES, and all remain fictional until proven otherwise.
