CSTI sits on the bid and kills the momo each time it starts to run. The way they do it is by filling buy orders at the bid, then dropping the bid and ask lower. And they keep doing this over and over while walking the stock down. The way that's manipulation is because all (or most) of the orders are actually buy orders, which should be moving the price UP, not down. The reason I know what they're doing is because I keep putting orders in to buy at the ask, and they get filled at the bid, then the bid/ask is dropped lower. Criminal manipulation by CSTI to make it look like sells to induce fear and panic. They are obviously short here & trying every trick in the book to squash the momentum and bring the price lower despite tremendous buying pressure from retail buying.
