I found the part about not being able to sell their products in certain US states or take reservations for the Alias over the internet to be especially interesting. Haven't they been doing exactly that?
Perhaps that would explain why the number of US ZAP dealerships has dwindled by more than 50% from "over 50" in 2010 to 24?
btw- Since ZAPJonway can only "manufacture the SUV products for which Zhejiang UFO has manufacturing permits or licenses", how does that apply to the manufacturing of the ZAPJonway Alias?
