Well, The float is 15M Shares (Management control 23%, Institutions 48%)

So we're playing with 4.5M shares!!!

It's easy to bring it upsidedown....

The price is 21.50$ and we've 8$/share in cash.

Why they don't do a reverse split to increase liquidity ?
