!" Arizona State Air Quality Permit.
!" Arizona State Mine Inspector Notification.
!" Bureau of Land Management Occupancy Permit.
!" Bureau of Land Management Mining Plan of Operation.
!" Explosives Storage Permit.
!" Mohave County Department of Health & Social Services Sewage Disposal System Permit No. 95-
00163.
!" Western Arizona Council of Governments.

Seems there are a lot of hoops to go through. At least they state that that most have been at least started.

Permitting activities are in progress. A revised Mining Plan of Operations (MPO) was submitted
to the BLM in Kingman in August 2009. A BLM Occupancy permit is also pending. The Aquifer
Protection Permit (APP) is being prepared by Westland Resources, Inc. in Tucson, and additional
engineering required to complete that document is presently being completed by Knight Piesold & Co.
from offices in Tucson and Denver.
