Please.... manshoon was speculating what might be coming down the pike with everyone else. Besides...there are people that know what is coming and they do nothing. Therein lies the legality. If I am part of a deal and know what is going on, own the stock, and do nothing.... then there is no foul. People have inside info ALL the time. They do not trade on it. You only get into trouble when you profit from non-public information. I put hot/cold traders on ignore. Either they are talking their book, or displaying incredible weakness.
