This was released before they announced the 500k of financing, I believe.

I am like someone else that mentioned this a little earlier, what are we missing? They have equipment, they have access to capital to operate, weather should not be a concern now, don't know why operations would be held up by remaining financials to be completed. Crews and equipment should be readily available. What would prevent them from operating at this time???
