2 tings are going to continue to hold prpm back.

1. It is a flippers paradise and until they can be weeded out, do not look for any kind of significant move.

2. No recent news from the company, not that we need or want fluff pr's or anything like that, but some good news will help accomplish getting rid of the flippers and prove prpm more of a sound investment to others.
