Exactly, that part of a 10K would scare the shit out of any investor in any company if you believed they were really that concerned. I read Apples and it sounded like they wouldn't be even be in business next year!

Mmmmm, just ignore it. It's usually written by lawyers, use it as a guide as to what is the worst case scenario not what will definitely go wrong!
