Having run a couple of oil & gas companies I can assure you that one of the most annoying things we ever had to do was babysit investors. Hand holding is understandable, because we wouldn't be where we were without their money, but jeeze, we had operations to run and giving individual investors daily oil production was a royal pain in the ass. It may be CYA, but the official news comes from the company's Web site. For those who don't have grit as Risk says, move on. And yeah, there are some similarities between KAT*, SAE*, and abunch of other companies, but there are a lot of huge differences, and money has been made and lost on all of the plays. Me....
