I found it refreshing that a CEO was upfront about the dilution

Saying there is no concern for dilution, right after he writes that shares issued are mostly restricted isn't being up-front about dilution. It is dishonest and shading the truth.

Being upfront is saying the current float is XXXXX, and I will be diluting xx billion shares in the next 3 weeks. That is upfront, he skirted the issue in a PR. It was only after he ungagged the TA, and folks saw the dilution, that he started to be upfront in personal emails and phone conversations.



Almost every PR released has been pump fluff.
