The only email I recall was from the trustee attorney of the estate. He gave a generic response regarding BUTLQ that a typical attorney would give, Nothing negative as I can recall. You are right when you say do your own DD however....because we had a poster on here who claimed he had spoke to the company several times (I believe he must've been bipolar) and gave completely different stories each time. As far as doing my own DD goes, my own DD shows this is a VERY promising shell play out of chap 11. Yes, there was a pump and dump....people thought this was another Q of the moment play, I think it is something more for people that care to do the DD rather than be an impatient Q flipper. Time will tell if i'm right.
