I don't see how that is possible. He does not have FDA approval yet, and that has always been the excuse, so how would it be possible to show it now? It's not going to happen IMO, and this charade is getting close to being over. Congrats to the "traders" that did very well on this, as timing was very key, and sorry to the "investors" that were in for the long haul and lost their shirts.
It really is an amazing idea and product, if it could be proven to work, which is why I got in in the first place. It didn't take a genius to see the potential the DVIS WOULD HAVE if it could ever get to production and sale. Not only here, but globally. It is apparent that competition has already made it through, and granted, not as fast, or not as mobile, but they "work" which we are finding out is a pretty important part of getting FDA approval.
I guess you could say this isn't dead yet, but it is definitely on life support. What a shame.
