Couldn't Do A Better Job Than Mark Meller, at destroying shareholder value. This latest 8K which was filed after the close on a Friday!!! on a deal done earlier in the week, just prove what disrespect this company has for shareholders. I mean what is this deal about anyways?? is it part of the restructing???, is it a stop gap?? What is it???? Of course we get no answers, cause that would require some respect for people that put down hard earned money to support this garbage!!
