So i noticed this before and had always wondered if this was accurate.

If I had 500,000,000,000 (billion) shares before the first reverse split on 8-20-04, and went away for lets say 5 years... What would I have left.

on 8-20-04 my total goes to 500,000,000 (million) shares
on 10-26-05 my total goes to 1,000,000 (million) shares
on 3-15-07 my total is now 1,000 (thousand) shares
and on 1-22-2008 my final total would be 1 (uno) share..

Obviously I couldn't start with that number of shares, but wow, what a stinker. lol

Start a company with 5 billion shares authorized. You can sell sell sell, drive the price to .0001, R/S, increase Authorized, rinse repeat.
