Just reading that one source, it's evident they have several plans, any one of which can be employed. The same source also says they don't need a cGMP facility; they only need one for Phase 2 trials. Up until then they can use a certified lab space.

Sorry, I just don't see the controversy here other than they were talking about plans 4 years ago. Seems to me, now is the time for implementing those final plans.
