Not true, but still good.


Lets put it this way......say for some "freakish" reason this deal with ACLY is completed, they have audited financials, (a requirement), they get put back up board, the stock moves back to the $5.00 per share like it was............(or more) now they they have this new venture....

$5.00 per share X 12,500,000 mil shares (free trading) = some pretty bid bank!!!!
