It's quite serious that they can change the rules, like the tax man, and it's up to you to keep up with THEM. What a shake down. But INIX is rising. Go INIX. Clearing up this issue will clear up our complexion a lot. I know several people who switched brokerages over this. That's a lot of work but think how TD screwed itself when INIX sky rockets.
