Beach--Again, I was not and do not think that any one, was expecting a profit. We just trusted DA with is projected figures and they came in way lower than what he hyped this up to be. He over sold and did not deliver and again, that causes frustrations from shareholders.

It's not about the profit, it's about what DA says, or does not say. Kind of funny, DA talks about what does not seem to happen and does not talk about what does happen.

So what about those Law Suits that we did not know about. I do not think that you would have jumped in had you known about them! Am I correct?
