UPdated INSQ MegaDD Compilation Post- week of 4/18-4/22/11

Now that tax time is almost over, will INSQ get bought out or announce a major deal now that their "busy season" is behind...

The popcorn kontinued to pop at INSQ last week as about $7k changed hands in rangebound trading of .095 and .0125. The odd-lots bidwhacker only made a few appearances, and only appeared after the ask slaps hit, mostly early in the week,,

ceo Gorst appeared on 4/12 after various website malfunctions/downtime to exxxxplain that website coding changes for "seo" purposes were being made the previous 5 weeks, to be completed in the first part of May

While googlebots like changes, they don't like downtime... and speaking of changes and search engine optimization, INSQ joined the Google page 1 club for the search term "cloud computing buyout" last week...

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&biw=1024&bih=651&q=cloud+computing+buyout&btnG=Search&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=

INSQ is also on Google Page 1 for "cloud computing ipo" for 2 weeks now
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&biw=1024&bih=651&q=cloud+computing+ipo&aq=f&aqi=g1&aql=t&oq=

The upcoming week of Apr 18-22 is the 8th week since the insider frontlode began, and now for the first time, M&A people searching for cloud computing buyout targets now see 3 names in this "exxxxclusive club": SVVS, TIBX, and INSQ..

Will new "dealmaking" people eyeball INSQ, with only 30m os
and insider and outsider frountloders already loading the bases...
we'll see what happens nexxxxt...

HP last week announced it was expanding into cloud computing in March, a buyout deal was rejected by TIBX, which triggered the Page 1 results

http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/04/12/us-tibco-hp-idUSTRE73A89A20110412

Cloud computing Buyout target TIBX up 300% since last year

Cloud computing Buyout target SVVS up 250% since last year
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=svvs&insttype=&freq=1&show=&time=8&x=35&y=13

and the VCs Hedges and M&A peeps now also see lil old INSQ
Cloud computing Buyout target too
