OK Gold, What voting do you get with your DIMEQ? Do you understand the class of 21 = NO VOTE! AGAIN NO VOTING FOR DIMEQ.

I disagree with Bophan statement – yes she is correct if it is for the preferred H’s, but not for the P’s and K’s.

Basically for the P’s and K’s it states if you are unsure how to vote for releases you may leave it blank – YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY DISTRIBUTION UNLESS YOU SIGN THE RELEASE WITHIN ONE YEAR.

I cannot do a cut and paste of that document but we can vote to reject and leave the Release box unchecked

I plan to Reject the Modified Plan

Re: RELEASE ELECTION - It does state in the voting instructions, Ether if you:

- Elect to opt out
- Do not return voting Ballot
- Or leave both unchecked
They will all be treated the same
I plan to leave it blank and with a written – Note: Unable to vote for releases with information supplied in the Disclosure Statement

THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A DISTRIBUTION PURSUANT TO THE PLAN, UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU GRANT THE RELEASES WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE.

WE ALL HAVE ONE YEAR TO GRANT THAT RELEASES, AND IN ONE YEAR I WOULD HOPE I HAVE A GOOD IDEA OF THE VALUE OF THOSE RELEASES.
