Actually, it sorta ran on nothing for a while. The major alerts later surfaced. It's been assumed a R/M was moving it until we got it confirmed from the alerts. Then we knew that was definitely what's been driving it.

I can't speak for anything before March other than that it's my understanding Feb 2nd was the first anyone heard of the potential R/M so yes.
