There will be more information coming out regarding this very >>>n as ACLY has to clear up the debt with PGPM before they can go further. They have hired an outside auditor to get the financials in order. If they don't clean up the dept they will not be allowed to go further with the Russian deal.......plain and simple!

I see a possible money and stock payback with ACLY. This works for me as if I am reading this right.....along with free trading shares it will be way more valuable than the 40 mil owed now.
