You read correctly, that's ONE $Billion! .....and that is quite a % of their fund invested in physical......
As a general rule the "smart money" enters the market first, followed down the pyramid to the lowly sheeple at the bottom. I would say that the transition is well under way.
I do believe this is quite significant news. It will have an effect on the metals going forward.
