Remember first hearing! Th Judge wanted more document, more information. They are supposed to produce those tomorrow and the judge will go thru his/her analysis, research etc. It will be a lengthy process, no anti-trust case could be settled in 4 hours e.g. in 2 hearings. I believe the judge will set another trial date.
