Terry Lee, is the main reason bothering me about HTLJ. You are absolutely correct, he acts as if he
and a select few, can do as they wish. Up to now, he has done things that appear to be not only
unethical, but illegal. This stock should not be at this low price. There is no incentive to promote the
company or to reward the stockholders. To the contrary the reverse split did the opposite. Yet the
board is under some illusion, that they have no responsibility to the shareholders. I got news for
them, either they get their act together and concentrate on a way to improve the share price and
reward in some way the shareholders or I will endeavor, come hell or high water to seek legal means
to do so.
