Phase III in name only. Optimization = Phase 2.5 and the outcome will be make or break IMO. With these delays, the current accuracy is not enough. There are any number of technologies that are poised and time is a factor now. 6-9 mos. concerns me.
To this point, optimization has to be in the form of a software package, right?. they've already collected and analyzed hundreds of samples so how could this possibly take 6 mos.?
