As far as anything happening with the 2 it's possible. Dr bob is essentially janets right hand man with developing the formula. And Phoenix tears isn't a publicly traded company so not sure how much funding they get. Sure if they merged they might just have cbis as their development/ distribution arm. But this is all speculation. And without this possibility cbis doesn't have much going for it as you have said. But the links between Janet sweeny and bob are there.
