Janet sweeny is in charge of Phoenix tears and the trademark and has been for some time. Rick is in Croatia giving speeches. It would be Janet in charge of cbis. Can't patent vitamin c or other vitamins but brand name still sells billions of $$$ worth every year over dollar store brand. Pretty sure Phoenix tears has a state supervised grow field in Oregon. Dr bob is getting plants from somewhere to do the extraction process sure he probably has a lab in his house. Rockbrook was just a dispensary who supplied bob with the product
