No, depending on how you define soon. But I hope it does.

"the company's business model does not depend on any changes in the laws."

And its probably not even in their best interest that legalization or reclassification happen soon, because they'd be caught with their pants down while others take advantage. If they can make significant progress in the areas of cannabis product technologies, intellectual property and FDA application, then they could lead the way in a new legalized US.
