The EPA testing and certification program is a best intentioned process that turned out to have no value or application


"A decentralized wastewater treatment technology vendor reports that demonstrated technology performance through verification resulted in five projects totaling $1.4 million in revenue and that ETV verification testing has had indirect benefits in the form of added company value and partnerships; the vendor estimates that the total value added to the company as a result of participation in ETV could be as much as $5 million." pg 4
